Support Grace

Keep GNL Grace Free for T1D.

Grace is free, forever, for anyone with type 1 diabetes. Funded by clinical and partner licences, matched pound for pound by GNL on every donation. Three sponsor routes; mix any combination.

Ask Grace

Want to see what Grace does before you sponsor? Ask Grace. Free, always, for anyone with type 1 diabetes.

One promise: every paid licence and every plus-one donation activates two free Grace accounts for someone living with T1D (one from your contribution, one matched by GNL). The chain compounds; the editorial line stays with GNL.

1. Plus-one sponsor (£5/month per slot, anyone)

One-off, or pick a monthly tier. Anyone can sponsor a Grace account: a person with T1D, a family member, a friend, a charity, a manufacturer, a foundation, a school, a clinic.

  • £5/month, covers your own GNL Grace account.
  • £10/month, your account plus one more for the T1D community.
  • £15/month, your account plus two more.
  • £20/month, your account plus three more.
  • £55/month, your account plus ten more.

GNL matches every donor-visible account pound for pound from the match-fund pool. £5 in, two free Grace accounts out.

Via Buy Me a Coffee · cancel any time · donations are gifts, no benefits or services received.

2. Grace HCP licences (TBC)

The complete clinic, learning, teaching and reference tool. For Trusts, ICBs, named clinical teams, manufacturer-sponsored teams, individual clinicians. Generous monthly limits for everyday clinical use, all six Explorers, full clinical-context routing.

Every HCP licence funds two free Grace accounts for people with T1D (one from the licence price, one matched by GNL).

3. Grace Max

EARNED OR INVITED

Grace Max runs on the strongest model we use, opens every mode Grace can run, lets you upload files, and gives you the deep clinical reach the rest of the tiers do not. It is the tier we built for manuscripts, audits, evidence packs, and the slow careful work that takes hours rather than minutes.

It is also the tier that asks the most of the person sitting in front of it. The deepest modes can construct a clinical argument that looks finished long before it is safe. The strongest model is the most persuasive, and persuasive is not the same as right. Max is built to be useful to a person who can tell the difference, and we do not let it be bought by a person who cannot.

There are two ways to reach Max as a person with type 1 diabetes.

Earn it through Learn Diabetes with Grace. The Jude topics are the foundations: insulin on board, hypo treatment, hyper treatment, exercise, sleep, the daily mechanics of T1D. Pass them and the Bronze badge is yours. The Grace topics build on that base: AID systems, CGM accuracy, immunology, the harder reading. Pass them and the Silver badge follows. Silver opens Max. The route is organic, free for anyone living with T1D, and the badges stay with you for as long as your account does.

Or bring the skin in the game and we will vouch for it. If you already carry years of T1D work, clinical or lived, write to John. Tell him what you have done and what you want to use Max for. He decides. The invitation is granted in writing and is logged against your account. There is no form to fill in beyond the email; there is no charge for the invitation itself.

HCP licence holders skip the gate. A paid HCP licence is the qualification for Max access. Sponsors and clinical teams are not asked to walk the learning path; their licence is the credential. For licence detail, including HCP and Max licence pricing for clinical teams, use the form below.

Grace stays free, always, for anyone living with type 1 diabetes. Every paid licence and every £5 sponsorship at Buy Me a Coffee activates two free Grace accounts (one from the price, one matched by GNL). The Max route is built so the people who reach it have either done the reading or brought it to the table; nobody buys their way past it.

Sponsors mix any combination

A trust might buy 40 HCP licences, 4 Max licences, and 100 plus-ones in a single arrangement. A manufacturer might fund 50 plus-ones for the T1D community. A charity might do all three. Volume discounts negotiated in conversation.

Skin in the game from people with T1D, manufacturers, charities, clinicians, researchers, and from us, all the way along.

Why this page exists

GNL is built so no single funder can shape what Grace says or what the site teaches. HCP and Max licence sponsorship is accepted; editorial control of the content stays with GNL at all times. No advertising. No data sale. No paid tier pushing people living with T1D to upgrade. Grace is free, always, for anyone living with T1D.

Independence has a cost. The pound-for-pound match keeps the pay-it-forward chain compounding: every paid licence and every plus-one donation activates two free Grace accounts for people with T1D.

The Glucose Never Lies Ltd is a UK Limited Company, not a registered charity, so donations via Buy Me a Coffee are gifts and not Gift Aid eligible. No benefits or services in return, by design. HCP and Max licence sponsorships are commercial arrangements, scoped and priced in conversation; B2B invoicing through GNL Ltd’s HSBC business account.
