What is on the Grace page today

Deterministic educational tools on the same evidence base as Grace. None returns a personalised dose. The gate is worded for tools rather than conversation, and it flags that some Explorers are adults only.

The three sit behind an inner button row inside one tab, so only one panel is visible at a time. The AID panel opens first.

Each card is a five-sided printable guide for someone using injections: sensor accuracy, hypo treatment, ketones, exercise, and the mealtime guide. The reader enters a weight and a unit, and the card renders personalised to that weight inside the page.

Survive & Thrive AID

The same card, for closed-loop Gate
Split out of the single guides tab on 27 July so an AID reader is not hunting through CGM cards. It is gated on the same consent item as the CGM tab. No AID guide has been written yet, so the tab carries one non-clickable placeholder in the same card style rather than an empty grid or a promise of a date.

What the shape tells you

Three patterns come out of the read.

One page, five different jobs

Conversation, calculation, product choice, printable reference, and explanation. They share a header and a script bundle and nothing else. A visitor who arrives for one of them need never see the other four.

The tile idiom now repeats

Explorers, Selectors and the Survive and Thrive cards all present as a grid of tiles that opens into a detail view and offers a way back. Learning one of them teaches you the other two.

Consent is per surface, not per page

Chat and Explorers each carry their own gate with wording specific to what sits behind it. Selectors and the printable cards carry none. That is a deliberate difference in what each surface returns, and worth naming rather than assuming.

One note left standing

Survive and Thrive still means CGM only

All six Survive and Thrive cards are CGM cards, and each is written for someone using injections. The AID tab now exists alongside them and is gated on the same consent item, but nothing has been written into it yet. The card registry carries a category field, and that one field drives both which tab a card lands in and the label printed on its tile, so an AID card slots in without restructuring.

Grace is educational. Glucose decisions belong with you and your care team. No two readings, two bodies, or two days behave the same.
Refreshed 27 July 2026 from live, staged, not deployed. Design unchanged; only facts, labels and counts moved. What changed since the 26 July version: the single Technology Guides tab split into Survive & Thrive CGM and Survive & Thrive AID, so five tabs became six; three printable cards became six (MiniMed Simplera, Roche Accu-Chek SmartGuide and MiniMed Go with Instinct Go added); the JS bundle moved from v=13 to v=24; and the Survive and Thrive tabs are gated, which the 26 July version had as no gate. The landing-background embed on /gnl-grace/, recorded as HELD on 26 July, is now live: the map renders behind the front-door gate as an inert, aria-hidden, half-opacity layer with no focusable element inside it. Page 14914 at /how-learn-with-grace-works/ stays off the map; its status needs a fresh look before next use, since it now serves /gnl-grace/ content and self-canonicalises there.
